We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Broadcast Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broadcast operations, media production, and live event management. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our broadcast content.
Duties:
- Operate and manage broadcast equipment, including cameras, audio mixers, and broadcasting software, to ensure high-quality live and recorded content.
- Assist in the planning, scripting, and production of broadcast content, including news segments, interviews, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the technical aspects of live events, including set-up, operation, and troubleshooting during broadcasts.
- Monitor broadcast signals for quality and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal transmission.
- Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to coordinate broadcast schedules and content.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on broadcast equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
Qualifications:
- Relevant computer application skills
- 90%+ English proficiency
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle challenging situations
- Experience with video conferencing or broadcast software
- Eloquent, professional, and effective communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
