Case Manager
The Case Manager supports attorneys by managing personal injury cases from intake through the pre-litigation phase. The role involves communicating with clients, collecting and organizing case documents (medical records, police reports, insurance information), coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies, monitoring case progress, and ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met. The case manager helps maintain accurate records, assists with settlement preparation, and provides updates to both clients and attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a legal case manager is a plus, or can be in another field as a project manager or project analyst.
General Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills with a professional phone presence; Spanish is a plus.
Based in Latin America and available to work U.S. Central Time business hours.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office for professional calls.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Ability to work independently and be a team player, use sound judgment, and take initiative.
Comfortable using technology, including case management systems, CRM tools, VoIP platforms, and productivity software.

$6 per hour, 40 hours per week. One hour of lunch time.
Biweekly payments through Deel.
