Intake Specialist
The Intake Specialist is the critical first point of contact for Potential New Clients. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads from phone calls, web inquiries, and referral sources, conducting initial case screenings, gathering essential information, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the Pre-Litigation Team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Latin America, requiring very strong English fluency and availability during U.S.

$6 per hour, 40 hours per week. One hour of lunch time.
Biweekly payments through Deel.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a legal intake specialist or in sales/business development with proven lead conversion results.

General Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills with a professional phone presence; Spanish is a plus.
Based in Latin America and available to work U.S. Central Time business hours.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office for professional calls.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Ability to work independently and be a team player, use sound judgment, and take initiative.
Comfortable using technology, including case management systems, CRM tools, VoIP platforms, and productivity software.
